I am not a complete noob and have good understanding and great passion in Internet Marketing and SEO/SEM – I study and read daily. I would say I have a little over a year’s experience. What should a growing SEO company pay in the US for a full time salaried position? How about in the state of Georgia? I just dont have a BA/BS yet but that shouldn’t matter when it comes to this field – it’s what you can do and how well you can do it.

SEOMoz, an extremely respected authority in SEO, has a great post they did a while back. It is a bit dated but if you look at the positions and get an idea of the range, then you can compare to monster.com offerings for your area for the same positions.

That should give you a good idea. It is not how much you can make. It is what someone will pay you.
