Just wondering what different ways you use social media to contribute to an SEO/SEM campaign?
You can use social bookmarking sites, social networking sites and media sharing platform. These three can help you in contributing to SEO/SEM campaign. Social bookmarking sites include digg, twitter, stumble upon, mixx, etc. Social networking sites include Facebook, MySpace, etc. Media sharing platform include Youtube, Metacafe, etc.

Get people to bookmark or tag your pages so they get linked in from Digg, Delicious, Stumbleupon, etc.

If you have a broad and interested friendsbase on these social media platforms, your articles/links etcetera will get a viral effect if they are good enough. Lots of people will see it, digg it, link to it,… and you will get loads of traffic, and loads of incoming links.
